The homeowner purchased an original multi-level house in Rancho Santa Fe with the vision of updating the interior to create a more open, clean, and modern look. Instead of reconfiguring the entire house, our team collaborated with the homeowner to make selective, cost-effective changes that opened up the kitchen and modernized each bedroom and bathroom. With input from a designer, we completely remodeled the kitchen, revamped all the floors, and painted the interior white to achieve a clean, inviting atmosphere that matched the homeowner's desires.
